Classes are non-refundable - students may cancel 48 hours prior to the start of their class to receive a CCAA customer account credit.  Once a class has started, no refunds are issued.

18” x 24” White Drawing Paper Pad
Soft Vine Charcoal – small package
Crayola watercolor box – 8 or 16 colors
Soft Pastels – box of 12 or 24 colors (Lowe Cornell and Pro Art brands recommended)
1 Sheet white poster board
A shoebox or plastic box to hold all non-paper materials

Jump into the wonderful world of machine sewing! Whether learning news skills or continuing to learn, this class is perfect for any crafty enthusiast!  Students will choose from one of the following projects to create: a sassy skirt, quilted pillow, a chef-worthy apron, or a cuddly Teddy Bear.
Terrific Totes - April 17th
Come create your own personalized tote bag to bring to school, sleepovers, or even the beach!  Using techniques like embroidery, applique, hand and machine sewing will allow crafters to add their own unique personality to their creation.
Summer Vacation Storage Pillowcase - April 24
Is it a pillowcase? Is it a bag? Why choose?  It's both!  Students will experience using the sewing machine and utilizing techniques such as embroidery and hand-sewing to create this unique project. They will even get to sew in a  zipper pocket!  This fun and functional pillowcase is perfect for storing those important items when traveling or just to keep them close by.

Think beyond paint and the canvas! This workshop will teach or further advance students' skills on embroidery, needle-felting, button-sewing, and much more! Your finished product will be a beautiful wall hanging to put on display for all to admire!

Create Your Own Creature - May 13th  Ages: 5-9yrs
This project is all about choice! Students will choose from an array of creature templates, a rainbow of felt colors and a buffet of embellishments to create their own, one-of-a-kind stuffed creature!  In this workshop, techniques such as, embroidery, needle-felting, and machine sewing will all be taught.

This community minded, student-led class encourages and promotes sharing of ideas and content to create animations. Bring anything you are interested in to use for discussion; films, websites, music, etc.  All devices / software / techniques / materials are encouraged. $15 materials fee payable to instructor during 1st class.  Any additional materials will be discussed during class as needed.
